Shipping & returns
If you order before 1pm our Guildford team will dispatch your order the same day with Royal Mail. If you order after 1pm your goods will be dispatched the following working day. We will provide a tracking number for you to keep an eye on your order.
Click and Collect

We can offer exchanges in store, bring your item(s) and proof of purchase so our sales team can find your order quickly and organise an exchange of your choosing.
We realise the world isn't perfect and sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Or maybe you’ve simply changed your mind? Either way, for online orders we accept unworn returns, you must return your product or notify us with your intent to return within 14 days after delivery. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the rest.
You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our returns address. We recommend obtaining a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage.
Please make sure you fill out the return form at the bottom of the delivery note and enclose it in your parcel so we can process your refund correctly.

For in-store purchases, returns are accepted 7 days after purchase. We can not accept returns or refunds on sale items or items involved in a promotion or event.
Our aim is to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. We’ll usually process your refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel or evidence you have sent it. As soon as that’s done, we’ll send you an email to let you know your refund is on its way. After you’ve received the email, please allow another 5–10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time period depends on which bank or card issuer you have and is unfortunately out of our control. Usually, you will be refunded in the same form of payment you originally used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will immediately contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
In-store refunds are instant.
