Exchanges, Returns + Refund Policy

We think that more time spent in the outdoors, the better. That’s why, to make sure you can get out and enjoy your favourite activity sooner, we’ve made it as quick and easy as possible to return your order.

Exchanges Info

We can offer an exchange if the items are in an unworn condition with original packaging and labelling. Scroll down to the returns info section for how to arrange an exchange.

Return Info

Please email us hello@peakguildford.co.uk with subject RETURN or EXCHANGE within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  • We will send you a DPD returns label to print at home 
  • Instructions for your closest DPD drop off point will show on the label
  • The fee to return an order for refund or exchange is £5.99 and will be deducted from your refund or payable before dispatch of the exchanged item(s)
  • Please include your proof of purchase or receipt in the return package so we can correctly make an exchange or refund. 

If you wish to exchange the item for another size or colour, please check with our stock team first by emailing hello@peakguildford.co.uk with subject “EXCHANGE” we can double check the stock and ensure a smooth exchange for you.

The return will be your responsibility until they are received by our team. We process returns as quickly as possible but this can take upto 10 working days. 

Refund Info

We can offer UK returns on all full price and non outlet sale items returned to us in perfect, unused condition. To be eligible for this return and refund please: 

  • Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to make a return by emailing hello@peakguildford.co.uk with subject RETURN or EXCHANGE
  • Make sure the item (s) are returned within 14 days from the date in which you informed us of your return.
  • The item (s) must be in an un-used condition with product tags and original packaging this includes the polythene garment bag
  • The fee to return an order for refund or exchange is £5.99 and will be deducted from your refund or payable before dispatch of the exchanged item(s)
  • The products must contain no personal data and can be resold 
  • Include your proof of purchase and returns form
  • Outlet sale items do not qualify for a refund, they're a bargain

Our aim is to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. We’ll usually process your return and refund within 10 working days of receiving your returned order.

As soon as that’s done, we’ll send you an email to let you know your refund is on its way. After you’ve received the email, please allow another 3  working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time period depends on which bank or card issuer you have and is unfortunately out of our control. You will be refunded in the same form of payment you originally used for the purchase.

Note: If your garment is returned in an unsatisfactory or damaged condition you may incur cleaning charges deducted from your refund as detailed below: 

  • Original packaging or labelling removed -£5
  • Cleaning fee -£12
