Refund policy


We think that more time spent in the outdoors, the better. That’s why, to make sure you can get out and enjoy your favourite activity sooner, we’ve made it as quick and easy as possible to return your order.

Exchanges Info

We can offer an exchange if the items are in an unworn condition with original packaging and labelling. Scroll down to the returns info section for how to arrange an exchange.

Return Info

You can return your items to us in the UK if you've ordered from If you've ordered on your return can not be sent to us and must be returned as instructed by the documentation in your order. 

For returns from please email us with subject RETURN or EXCHANGE and we will send you a returns label to print at home. 

Please include your proof of purchase or receipt so we can correctly make an exchange or refund. 

If you wish to exchange the item for another size or colour, please check with our stock team first by emailing with subject “EXCHANGE” we can double check the stock and ensure a smooth exchange for you.

If you are requesting a refund and your sale meets the refund policy below, please email us and we will send you a returns shipping label to print at home. Return your order with your proof of purchase or receipt and we can process a refund back to your payment card. The funds usually appear within 3 working days.

The return will be your responsibility until they are received by our team.

Refund Info

We can offer UK returns on all full price and sale items returned to us in perfect, unused condition. To be eligible for this return and refund please: 

  • Make sure the item (s) are returned within 30 days from the date in which you received your order
  • The item (s) must be in an un-used condition with product tags and original packaging
  • The products contain no personal data and can be resold
  • Include your proof of purchase and returns form

Our aim is to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. We’ll usually process your refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel or evidence you have sent it.

As soon as that’s done, we’ll send you an email to let you know your refund is on its way. After you’ve received the email, please allow another 3  working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time period depends on which bank or card issuer you have and is unfortunately out of our control. You will be refunded in the same form of payment you originally used for the purchase.

Note: If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
